The two sides gave full play to their respective advantages and were committed to promoting the innovation and upgrading of Aluminum (alloy) rod production technology, contributing to the lightweight and efficient development of the industry.
Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group, with the new project of its Hongqiao Lightweight Linyi Branch, will showcase Shandong’s strong strength in the field of lightweight new energy to the world. It has achieved remarkable results in the development of high-strength and high-toughness Aluminum alloy materials and automotive lightweighting. It has a complete industrial chain from “molten aluminum – parts R & D, manufacturing – vehicle assembly”, and has created a dual-industry green ecological closed loop, realizing the production of molten Aluminum without landing, and has accumulated rich experience in promoting the wide application of Aluminum alloys.
The Aluminum rod CCR production line project of this cooperation between the two sides will combine the professional technology of Sichuan Jiuxun Technology in the manufacturing of Aluminum (alloy) rod CCR equipment and the introduction advantages of the integrated project of melting, casting and extrusion of lightweight Aluminum alloy profiles for automobiles. By adopting advanced processes and equipment, when lightweight Aluminum rods are applied in fields such as equipment manufacturing and processing, they can not only reduce energy consumption but also improve transmission performance, with significant economic and environmental benefits.
