We exported one complete set of copper rod CCR Line to T company in Vietnam in 2021.
The whole production line includes 2 sets of 80T copper scrap refining furnace, 1 set of JX2500/4+6+2/8 H type copper rod continuous casting and rolling line, 1 complete set of environmental system for pollution processing.
As per customer’s requirement and actual condition at site, Jiuxun company designed the “LEFT HAND” Machine for the whole JX2500/4+6+2/8 H CCR Line, that means, the operation direction of CCR Line is from right to left, in other words, when you face the CCR Line, the casting part is on the right, and the take up part is on the left.
Through the continuous efforts of customer team and our Chinese engineers, the whole production line has been successfully installed & commissioned, and started production since 2022.
