On December 31, 2024, the full two-roll copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons, which was assisted in construction by Sichuan Jiuxun Technology Co., Ltd. for Guangxi Wanxiang Copper Co., Ltd., was successfully commissioned and put into use. This project represents another major breakthrough in the process equipment and technology of the full two-roll production line made in China.
In 2024, in order to further improve the quality of cables and enter the high – end market, Guangxi Wanxiang Copper Co., Ltd. selected the JXCCR3800 copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line of Sichuan Jiuxun Technology Co., Ltd. from many rolling mill manufacturers.
Its advantages are prominent, mainly in the following aspects:
1.It fills the gap in the small and medium-sized industries of high-quality low-oxygen copper rods.
2.It provides opportunities for small and medium-sized copper rod production enterprises.
3.It has broken the established impression that domestic full two-roll production lines are not successful and stable in operation.
The first copper rob
The successful implementation of the JXCCR3800 production line precisely addresses the current difficulties and pain points in the copper industry, and the “ripple effect” it brings is highly anticipated. The production line jointly built by Sichuan Jiuxun Technology and Guangxi Wanxiang Copper Co., Ltd. is not only a successful example of regional coordinated development but also will propel Guangxi Wanxiang to the forefront of the industry.
