Function: In the aluminum smelting process, the Hydrogen content controlling is very important. if there are a lot of hydrogen, metal and non-metal inclusions in molten aluminum and aluminum alloy and cannot be removed in time before casting, casting defects such as porosity, slag inclusion and looseness will be formed inside and on the surface of billets, which will seriously affect the physical, chemical, mechanical and deep processing properties of products, and even produce a large number of waste products. In addition to in-furnace degassing, the refining method of aluminum melt used in the industry is to use rotating nozzle in the flow channel for secondary refining degassing to realize on-line refining. At the same time, the alloy elements in the melt are more uniform by stirring the rotating nozzle in the melt. So the degassing unit will move the hydrogen through enter the inert gases (nitrogen /argon).
